A resting holder and a drinking aid solve different problems
Compare the job you need done before choosing equipment.

Support while resting
Steadi sits on a surface around a compatible container. It is useful to consider when the question is where to put a drink between sips. It does not fasten the container to furniture, provide a carrying handle or hold a cup for someone while they drink.
Support while drinking
Specialized cups can have handles, lid arrangements or drinking openings intended for particular tasks. Performance Health maintains a separate drinking-aids range. That is a different product category; do not infer that adding Steadi provides those features or that a specialty cup fits without checking it.
Check the exact cup
Measure the actual base: 2–3.15 inches across is the diameter range. Look at low handles, flared bottoms and any added sleeve, then check full seating. If the question involves the person’s grip, swallowing or care requirements, seek appropriate professional guidance rather than using a product photo as suitability evidence.
