What a wider resting base can and cannot change
Understand the limits before adding a holder to a daily routine.

The surface still matters
A wider footprint needs a suitable place to rest. A shifting tray, angled recliner arm or soft uneven surface can move beneath any holder. Choose a level stationary spot that supports the whole base instead of relying on the holder to correct the furniture.
An open drink remains open
Steadi adds no lid or liquid seal. A drink can still splash when bumped or carried. It is not evidence of reduced tremor, safer swallowing or restored grip, and no such outcomes are promised. Use the container itself when lifting and carrying.
Review the setup when the routine changes
A new chair, replacement cup or different table height can change reach and support. Check the arrangement with the person using it. If the drink cannot be placed comfortably, change the furniture arrangement or choose an appropriate aid instead of stretching the holder’s purpose.
